To use TrustTola, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

All transactions on TrustTola must comply with the following rules:

• Gift cards must be legitimately obtained and owned by you
• Cards must not be stolen, fraudulent, or obtained through illegal means
• You must provide accurate card details and information
• Transactions are final once confirmed by both parties
• You agree to pay applicable transaction fees
• Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of transaction completion

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Trade stolen, fraudulent, or invalid gift cards
• Engage in money laundering or fraud
• Attempt to manipulate prices or engage in market manipulation
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

TrustTola charges transaction fees based on your account type. Fees are:

• Clearly displayed before transaction confirmation
• Automatically deducted from transaction amounts
• Non-refundable once a transaction is completed
• Subject to change with 30 days notice

In case of disputes:

• Report the issue through our dispute system within 24 hours
• Provide all relevant evidence and documentation
• Cooperate with our investigation process
• Accept TrustTola's decision as final and binding
